I was told a price over the phone but then got charged an excessive price afterwards - so be careful.
Otherwise, they treated my cat well.
This place is AMAZING! I don't write many reviews on here but this place is easily one of the best animal hospitals in the state! The doctors there are the most knowledgeable and professional. The girls at the front desk are completely clueless though lolAnyone who talks poorly about this place clearly doesn't understand the complications of treating an animal and/or can't take responsibility for themselves

We brought out new puppy here. The facility is beautiful and the staff so kind. The vet's really care for the animals and you can tell they really make it a personal experience getting to know you and your pet. They explain what they're doing easily so you can understand, and offer great packages with affordable prices. They even send out cards and phone calls to check in after appointments.
We were traveling from Iowa to the area. Our 13 year old dog ran out of prescription dog food. Went in to buy one can to make it home. Front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. Asked for prescription from our vet at home (totally procedure) but then did not give right business card with the correct fax numbers. There were three receptionist at the desk and it took 45 minutes to get one can of food.
